Friendly service writers. Smooth repair.
Horrible customer service. I walk in interested in purchasing a vehicle and all the employees just stare at me like I’m worthless and couldnt afford a car. Its horrible to see how people rely on exterior looks to discriminaste someone. Never again am I stepping foot here.
I used their service and now it’s clear why the company has such a poor reputation. When a manager shows bad customer service, it spreads through the entire team. Prices are all over the place, with each service technician charging differently as if there’s no standard. If this is how management runs things, their higher-ups must be just as careless—lacking both professionalism and organization.
