I called many time and always long waiting time to talk to live agent
Worst service ever. Everyone there dgaf - doesn’t care about their job, doesn’t care about you. Seems like other reviews agree.
Very bad service. Brought in my car for a clicking noise. Paid $275 just to diagnose the problem. They claimed that they have fixed the problem and cost was over $2,200. but when I went to pick up my car, the same exact noise still persists. I complained about the issue but the rep (Rene) was rude and only tried to justify their mistake and their misdiagnosis.
Why would you tell me my car's ready to pickup when it says unable to drive on the dash alert
