Tesla sold me a brand new 2025 Model 3 RWD in Quicksilver with premium paint and it has been a nightmare from day one. The hood paint other body part was defective, every glass panel had distortion, the hood was misaligned, and the interior had flaws. After “repairs” they still left a chip on the front bumper, refused to fix some cosmetic issues by claiming they were “within spec,” and even after replacing the front and rear glass, the distortion is still there. I was there with my son . The staff was nice and not pushy . It was nice to be able to shop without pressure.
The new dealership off of Herndon offers excellent customer service and a chance to see all of the cars.
