Last year I had a not so good experience. The front desk we're rude , souless. The young kid wasn't even paying attention and constantly on Zillow. I would never get updates and lack of transparency. This weekend at 8am when taking my mother's car it was a 180! The new kid seemed very genuine and kind. Took his time to approach me with a warm welcome greeting and did not hesitate to answer my questions. Surprised there was only one person at the front desk but more than enough now. You’re treated like an old friend the moment you walk in. Michael goes out of his way to treat you with respect and is always willing to share his knowledge to help you make the best decision possible. Overall, I love this place and I’m looking forward to doing more business here.
The service team in providence was phenomenal. The gentleman at the front desk Michael made the whole experience delightful and smooth.
