These guys misdiagnosed a vehicle we dropped off for service and don’t want to own up to it. Told me the vehicle needed a new MCU so we agreed and ended up originally spending over $3k dollars… a few days later after they installed the new MCU the car went completely unresponsive while still in their possession just for them to tell me the battery is no good. 5 Stars — Outstanding Service from Jonathan at Tesla I can’t say enough great things about Jonathan at Tesla Service. From start to finish, he was absolutely exceptional. He managed to get my entire battery replaced and handled two ball joint replacements — all in under two weeks, which is incredibly fast for a job of that size. Like every Tesla service center, this place is a train wreck. They ignore your requests, miss deadlines for when the car will be ready, and return your car with parts missing. This isn't specific to this location, I had the similar nonsense happen at Dedham and in Warwick before they mercy-killed that location. Brandi the GM at this location is the only bright spot. She handles all the nonstop nonsense very well and frankly, Tesla doesn't deserve her. But one person can't do everyone's job. Tesla is in a LOT of trouble, inde... read more
