Awful place, terrible customer service. I took my car in to get it fixed here because it was shaking as soon as I got over 45 MPH on the highway, I also had an error message on the screen about tire. Edddy here felt like it was personal and wanted to insult me on the phone. I'll take this to the better business bureau, I will also go to small court claims. Terrible location, awful service and not a reflection of what Tesla is. 0 star
Came here for a new key card on a Saturday. Apparently that normally is only done by people during service side hours, but they were able to help me anyways. Very grateful for their attitude and helpfulness.
Great customer service, very polite and professional staff 👍🏻
