Wasted a day for nothing to be fixed. Was told a couple basics such as the air filter and HEPA filter were completed and then not completed per the app & service chat. I’ll have to take them out myself to see if they’re new or not. The back and forth chat via the app, the service date changes, and estimate changes are the worst experience. The prices are fine and in line with industry.
Find a reliable mechanic. This place will do nothing but drain your wallet and waste your time. I have been to the service center multiple times over the past year and it is a mixed bag with mostly negative interactions and very shady practices. They have not once resolved an issue I brought my car in for. Only charged me and wasted my time. Every time. They claim issues well known on Teslas do not exist and they have never heard of. While the technology is amazing, the reason I'm a happy member of the Tesla family is due to the folks at this facility. From demo to delivery, absolutely amazing job and about the best dealership experience you could ask for. Thanks so much Martha for the awesome experience along with your entire team. I'd also like to add the service department is just as excellent as the sales folks.
