I went to get the front-end alignment and change tires, and everyone was very professional and helpful. Great service
If you are reading this review I hope you’re not an entitled person . San Luis Obispo is a small area and not a big city . YOU CANT HAVE A HILTON IN THE STICKS . Be grateful you have this service center to begin with . Help the situation by helping the employees. This is a car company not a Wal - Mart and has very high tech cars not a Pinto . Be patient .
I've had 2 service appointments for my 2024 Model 3. 12/12/24: Rattle in the center of dashboard near windshield. Diagnosed and fixed. No further issues. 2/21/25: Rattle behind rear seats when playing music with bass. Diagnosed and fixed. No Further issues. Both times Tim was the service advisor and Eric the tech that assisted me. Both were wonderful. Great experience for me.
