Just purchased a M3P 3 weeks ago; awesome car, friendly staff, very easy purchase. Had a few minor things that I had to get fixed with the car but nothing that changes my review or out of the ordinary compared to the many other cars I've purchased/leases through the years. This is my 2nd EV, first Tesla, and __nth new car purchased.
They helped me out with a last minute service, and gave my dog treats and water. Super nice crew.

Went in for a windshield repair and didn’t have a way back home as I lived almost 50 miles away. Thanks to Corey, I was able to get a loaner for the night to get back home until the next morning. Thank you to the amazing service team, and thank you to Corey 🤙🏼
In my experience as an owner of two Model 3s and now a new Model Y purchased at Tesla SLO, this dealership is second to none. Like all dealerships, they are bound by corporate rules and limitations, but the sales and service reps here bend over backwards to help you.
