Undeniably the best customer service I have ever had from Tesla, or any company for that matter. I dropped off the Cyberbeast today after an incredible 48hr demo drive, and the showroom was FLOODED with people *on a Sunday*. In the past, when I have been at a Tesla showroom during a big rush, it's common to see overwhelmed and agitated advisors (which I can totally understand). We worked with Alan on the delivery. He was extremely patient with us and did a great job of showing us how everything worked. A week later we had a slight problem with the app and phone key. We came back for assistance, and Mike solved the issue like a pro. 4 thumbs up!
Mike, Pedro, and Vincent were incredibly helpful. Mistakes can happen, and how a team handles them once they have been made is the real test. The guys 100% made everything work for our delivery day despite a last minute paperwork problem (one I should have caught) and they made sure that there was a contingency plan had the associate DMV closed before we were due to drive off. Absolutely a solid option if you are in CT and want to get your car without heading to NY/MA.
