Not judging Tesla or my friend who bought one but I was APPALED by the lack of service by the staff! To pick up your new vehicle there is a delivery department and you have to make an appointment to pick it up. I arrived with my friend a few minutes early and the door was locked so we went to the show room and was told delivery would be open soon. When they did open the area they opened the garage door and not the regular door where chairs were located. All in all no biggie although would have been nice to grab a seat as a l... read more
