The people working in the Sales Showroom at Tesla are pompous and arrogant. They do not want to take responsibility for anything they do wrong or paperwork issues on their part. They failed to send in my registration paperwork to Raleigh and when I went back to the dealer to find out what was going on, they stated " What does it matter what happened, we are expediting it now. DON'T BUY A TESLA. Sales are great. Service, and communication afterwards is worse than an airlines. We were rear-ended and had to wait 2 months just to get it to the repair shop driving around a damaged vehicle. About a month into that wait we noticed a vibration that got worse as we went above 55 mph. The only way to get service was their chat bot and it didn't understand. The bot said service was schedule in a month and didn't offer ANY other solutions (phone number?). I don't think it understood the problem. Service has ... read more
