Never a great time to have your vehicle in for service, but Sean and Sydne at Tesla Warminster made the process smooth and easy. Both were very accommodating, communicative, and great to work with throughout the visit. Thankfully Teslas rarely need service since many things are handled through software updates, but when they do, it’s nice having service advisors like Sean and Sydne taking care of you. Great customer service.
From start to finish, this service center is legit! Love Sara! She’s awesome :) So nice and helps us with any questions we have! I feel she goes above and beyond and provides an amazing five star experience everytime we need to send our truck in for service. Thank you!!!!
I purchased a used Tesla and have been waiting over 10 days for delivery. The vehicle has already arrived at the delivery center, and my down payment was withdrawn from my bank account, yet the car cannot be delivered due to internal title issues. I have not been given a clear delivery date, only repeated delays (on the call) with no written delivery date confirmation. This has been extremely frustrating, especially after payment was already taken. I hope Tesla can improve communication and resolve these delivery issues more... read more
Had an awesome experience at Tesla in Warminster. Our sales person, Vinny, was great from start to finish The thing I love most about Tesla is the pressure free environment. No pushy dealership tactics, just a clean and easy experience. We test drove the Model Y, the Model X, and even the Cybertruck, and Vinny set us up right.
