This is how Tesla service should be! First time at Warminster after going to Devon in the past. Warminster: pull in, they know who I am, face to face human to speak with, discuss open issues, timetable set. Excellent lounge, great coffee, car done 1.5 hours early, no charges, one very happy customer. Bravo Tesla for getting service right! This will change my next car buying decision!
Quick and excellent service. A very clean service center
Although we never met him in person, George helped us w an issue about ordering our Tesla that has nothing to do w that location or inventory. He went out of his way to assist in a complex situation and saved us a whole bunch of time, money and effort. Thank you George!!
