I purchased a used Tesla and have been waiting over 10 days for delivery. The vehicle has already arrived at the delivery center, and my down payment was withdrawn from my bank account, yet the car cannot be delivered due to internal title issues. I have not been given a clear delivery date, only repeated delays (on the call) with no written delivery date confirmation. Had an awesome experience at Tesla in Warminster. Our sales person, Vinny, was great from start to finish The thing I love most about Tesla is the pressure free environment. No pushy dealership tactics, just a clean and easy experience. We test drove the Model Y, the Model X, and even the Cybertruck, and Vinny set us up right. BEWARE of this service center! Last year when I had my tires rotated on my Model Y, my local garage told me that my R/R Upper Knuckle Bushing was loose and probably should be serviced. I brought my car here and told the service team what I wanted repaired. They gave me an estimate of about $400 but once they got the car the service increased to $950. There was nothing I could do so I agreed. Now a year later and my Model Y fails inspection because the R/ Upper Knuckle Bushing fails inspection. I contact Tesla to find out why... read more
