We have had nothing but exceptional service every time we go. Both sales and service are great. We recently had to have our 3 serviced. The tech came to our house the next day and found that it was a problem we would need to take it in for, but the soonest available appt was weeks away since it was not a safety issue. (Just a really loud, annoying alarm that the frunk was unlatched when it was not.) He said he would see what he could do. I can't say enough about how great this team is. Ben, one of their Sr. Service Advisors, was incredible informative and an absolute pleasure to work with. I was evaluating a used Tesla from a third party, and asked their help. Ben went above and beyond throughout the whole experience. The other team members (Ethan, and a few others whose names I can't recall) were also great, doing a full inspection of the car, giving me useful info and advice, and helping me evaluate the pros/cons of various options. Got my Tesla serviced here twice by Cayla who is amazing! Extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and gets it done. Professional, customer oriented, thorough and thoughtful, wish everyone I worked with was like her! Not the closest center to me but well worth it to have Cayla look after the service of my vehicle
