My experience with this branch would be funny if it weren’t so aggravating. Between mobile visits and taking my car there, I’ve had over a dozen interactions with them. They’ve ranged from pleasant to downright ridiculous but the end result is that the car remains broken. Here’s what happened: - They cracked my windshield and tried to charge me for it. - It took 8 mobile visits to fix a wobbling rear view mirror. This was the worst experience I’ve had with a car service in my life. Couldn’t get a call back to address separating an item from on invoice for almost a month, they cancelled my wheel alignment after I got a rental car (because they couldn’t guarantee a day completion), and they charged $150 more for a door handle repair vs Bellevue Tesla 4 months prior. Go to Bellevue Tesla if you have an option!!!
Went in for a replacement of the Tesla battery. The service was prompt and on schedule; waiting room was fine (with complimentary coffee in various forms), and the personnel were friendly and efficient.
