Charged 240 dollars to spray my radiator with a spray hose for an issue that should have been addressed directly in the design. Dealership promised to give me a loaner car while they worked on the issue, but never did. Car is entirely under warranty, but they refused to cover it because it their own cooling fans failing is apparently a “maintenance issue”. What a joke. I’ve never had to clean a radiator on any vehicle I’ve owned, and certainly never had to pay 240 dollars for someone to use a garden hose

This place I’ll say 3.5/5, but I don’t really have a half star so I’ll round up. First visit: denied warranty verbally, advisor did not created service ticket. Instead being honest, he lied and said item worked in their shop (it didn’t). Second visit: proper procedure with service ticket and reference number. immediately tested, figured out what had happened, and approved replacement. Inconsistent service but final result was good. They kept calling and chasing me to schedule a test drive of model y premium. When I setup an appointment and took time to visit their office they informed they mentioned model y premium is not available and asked to ride ann inferior model (may be trying to sell an inferior model) without any regret. I had to cancel my test drive at the end. Very bad business practice and ethics.
