Most efficient service
Great experience picking up our first ever EV. The team member had good knowledge of the Tesla cars. She explained us all basic functions and features of the car including how to connect and disconnect charging cable. Tesla staff members were very friendly. They greeted us with warm welcome and offered coffee or tea while we were waiting for picking up our vehicle.
I was misled by Tesla and its sales representative Tian. The 2.99% interest on Model 3 appears attractive and Tian pushed me to place an order, but the final loan amount approved was only $30k, for a $70k car!! The financier Plenti said it was irrelevant to my income or assets and was for "policy reasons". I then realised that at the time of submitting the finance application, there was a default loan amount of $30k which cannot be changed.
