I had a very disappointing experience with Paul at this Tesla Service Center. I submitted a request in the app for service. The app told me I could not schedule until the request was reviewed. I never got any notification. The next day Paul called and began the conversation by saying since I did not schedule an appointment he had to call me to do it. That was not accurate. I don't write many reviews, but felt I needed to given my experience. Sebastian at Tesla Naperville is a fantastic resource! If you're considering or just looking to check out a Teslas, I 100% recommend Sebastian. The experience wasn't your typical Car Sales Guy, but instead a Tesla knowledge expert. Literally any question I asked, he could answer. Not just about the vehicle, but also about tax credits, process, etc. And great insights. Great Guy! Great Experience! Thank you Sebastian!
