We had been to another dealership and left confused and a bit disappointed - but then we spoke with Karim and he was able to help us so efficiently and we were approved that day. As a professor of Computer Science, Karim helped me with all the steps very patiently and carefully and explained everything very clearly and completely. I got a very good experience with the test drive and we discussed the different aspects of this deal together, I really appreciate how open and simple and clear he was explaining everything to me.
