I got my new car last Saturday and have been absolutely loving the experience so far. Roshanak was really kind, patient, and helpful throughout the process, especially during the test drive. She made all the process easy and comfortable for me, which I really appreciated.
I had very easy experience with Tesla at park royal. Karim took over everything and I got the best deal with Tesla. I recommend him 100% very friendly and very knowledgeable and professional. If you are interested in getting a new Tesla just go to karim he knows best.
Update: only reason i ma giving 4 star is due to the employee Karim. I would have given zero stars if I can! First thing it began with you have to pay $250 deposit to order the car and keep in mind this is non-refundable if they do not tell you. I did have a trade in to make and i went around some dealerships and most of them offer 28k and the least trade in value is 24k from autotrader.
