Do not buy a Tesla or deal with this dealership if you do shift work as they are 100% unable to accommodate a 1 day delay in pickup. I was very excited about the prospect of pickup a new EV model 3 and waiting 2 months but this is totally ridiculous I went into the dealership 3 times as no one would respond via app to try and get rescheduled 1 day later, the people there kept telling me to text via the app. Crazy!
Ken was our sales advisor but we chatted with a few of the other ladies in the sales department there as well. Everyone was fantastic to deal with. Answered all our questions and let us come in and try the cars multiple times. Great experience. No pressure or hassle. Thank again Ken!
I love Tesla but this time I could find my car.
Super easy to deal with Representatives there.
What a train wreck, went to pick up a new Tesla model y, still here now i have been here for over an hour waiting. They just keep giving the run around, terrible service, I would never buy anything here again in the future.
