I was extremely excited to buy my first Tesla, but the delivery experience has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I was seriously considering replacing my Tundra with an electric truck, but after this experience, I would never spend a single dollar with Tesla. Three weeks ago, CHELAN DAROUGH emailed me about a speeding ticket. Excellent customer service during our recent demo drive and Model Y purchase. Tina efficiently checked us in for the demo drive and quickly booked us two adjacent appointments so we could perform a thorough test; without this additional time, it's doubtful we would have purchased the car that day.
