Had a fantastic test drive experience at Tesla Calgary (Fairmount Dr).Even though the location was bustling and very busy, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They never rushed us through the process and took all the time needed to explain Full Self-Driving (FSD) and the key vehicle features in detail. We got to test drive both the Model Y and the Model 3, spending most of the time experiencing FSD on the road. Both drives were smooth, impressive, and an absolute standout experience overall! Service center has gone down-hill over the years. Multiple times they've booked our car in without either the parts or staff to work on it. Used to be way better.
