Had a great experience at Tesla thanks to Vivien. I came in for a test drive and she was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain all the differences between the Model Y Premium and Performance trims. She made the whole process enjoyable, and I ended up putting a deposit down. Looking forward to taking delivery of my new car!
