The Tesla is a great car in warm weather, well designed and super comfortable, but not in winter for travelling on any highways if you live in a real winter like most of Canada. The Actual Tesla dealership, is the absolute worst for trying to talk to an actual person. To me, that alone puts it in the 1 star category. I have tried endlessly to contact them with questions you just cannot get answers for from AI which is what they have or on the app. So glad my lease is up!

Update to my previous review: After my last review, a Tesla executive called me directly and assured me that my $250 CAD deposit would be refunded, acknowledging that the delay and missed delivery were entirely Tesla’s fault. Now, another agent has come back with the opposite response, refusing the refund. This is not just poor customer service — it’s a breach of trust. Great help. Definitely worth checking these guys out for a Tesla test drive
I took my 2020 model 3 in for service. They did a remote diagnostic and once in the shop determined the issue wasn't what they thought . I was happy with this and they repaired some software issues that were caused by an aftermarket screen I had installed. I got the vehicle back and tried to charge at home and the same issue and error codes came up that I had sent it in for them to diagnose and repair still existed.
