Shout out to Johnny and Aiden. These guys stayed past close, caught them as they were leaving their shift as I couldn’t find my loaner. They helped me, made sure everything was good ( they were already done their shift) and went above and beyond for me when Tesla was closed and couldn’t get a hold of customer service on the phone. These guys were my saviours and I’m forever grateful to both of them.
The purchase experience was quite a journey for an 80 year old. The Salespeople primarily Aiden and Meriem we extremely helpful. Aiden in particular even called me back on his off hour time as he knew I needed the information. To me that is dedication. When there was information he couldn’t access Meriem got it for him. Quite a team at this Sales Centre. The journey is over ... read more
Great experience from the first time visiting. Ishaaq and Hussein were extremely helpful, answered my endless questions with patience, and welcomed us to numerous demo drives to make the right decision. Even after purchase, I had a couple questions and Ishaaq and Hussein were helpful and supportive. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and am loving my new Model 3 Dual Motor. Thank you again!
Exceptional Customer Service !!
