Tesla Customer Service Nails It Again… Sorry For The Novel I just spent over 2.5 hours with Tesla Customer Service regarding my Extended Service Agreement (ESA), and somehow I’m left in an even worse position than when I started. I received a new credit card, so on July 8 I updated my payment method (after initially needing to update it on July 6). My first experience buying a brand new car and I couldn't ask for better service and help than this. Hussain really helped me out alot and made sure everything went smooth and also aiden was awesome to deal with aswell. Everyone is super nice. I am very happy with the overall experience.
