This service centre is awful. I had a random inverter issue while up in Bracebridge, the car stopped working and was towed here. Every day they told me "maybe in a day or two", "maybe tomorrow", "should be ready by end of day", "actually, tomorrow at noon", "we're trying for today end of day", "we're hoping it's ready today, but not sure". It's been nearly a week and I'm still waiting for it. Not acceptable.
I can only speak to the mobile service but Derek G is amazing he came to my house to fix an issue with my tail light and some trim issues. He didn't have all the parts needed , so he agreed to meet me where ever in Barrie to fix the issue right away once he had the parts. He ended up doing the fix in the Gym parking lot and I walked out to a new tail light. Thanks for a great job Derek I hope all future visits are with you thanks for the Tesla talks!
My mate and I diverted from Cook’s Bay to go and have a look at some Teslas as we’ve been aching to take one for a test drive. Raffi was exceptional and professional, at explaining all the features, and performance of the two vehicles we were looking at. The test drive was a real eye-opener. Tesla has some great deals on right now: supercharging for free. It’s like free gas. If you’ve never driven a Tesla, go drive one. It’s the difference between a flip phone and a smart phone.
