Always great service from these guys. Bringing in my Cyberbeast and getting another one as a loaner during repairs was appreciated
Mixed feelings. No traditional dealership. 2 cars in the showroom. One Model Y and a Model X No brochures no price listed nor window sticker. Desks with computers to order ! Two sales person. I'm still traditional car buyer. Felt free to browse but almost no space for questions ! Very cold.... Not the temperature !
Can't open my Frunk and they wanted to charge me $700 for a new harness - when I complained, they came back with $300 to replace the corroded part that is the ONLY way to open the front trunk to access windshield washer fluid!!! Harness is part of a Recall and costs $115 on amazon. Super frustrating as I have no choice and can't use my windshield wiper!!!
