It's still under warranty and they won't fix it. Pomona service center fixed my 2020 Model X.

First the manager and staff are terrible at this location bad customer service I expected way better experience from Tesla. The staff ran our AC the whole time they were working on our car and drained our whole battery and didn’t even have enough to get home bc they wouldn’t charge it at there location so I had to stop and go to a charging station so I can make it home. Definitely will not be going back to this location. I will always drive a little further to go to the one in location in Buena Park.

Very poorly designed service. Designed with only Tesla and controlling costs. All communication must go through the Tesla app. No human interaction, no chance to ask questions or understand the problem or issue. Service facility is dirty, small, and zero comforts. Again, controlling costs. Personnel. Very obvious and clear that they do not want to communicate or engage with their clients.
