I just had the worse experience at Tesla in Mechanicsburg Service Center. The side mirror cover flew off on this very windy day. We were close to Tesla so we stopped in to see what we would need to do to replace it. The gentleman at the Service desk working today at 2:30 did not acknowledge me for 3 minutes as I stood in front him. He typed on his computer and took a call without lifting his head to say hello. Really enjoyed our visit here. The Tesla advisor was exceptional in giving us information on the 2026 Model Y. No pressure. No pushing. We decided to try one and were surprised at the room and the comfort of this car. We even experienced the "self driving" feature! This car knew all the rules of the road. What a technological marvel!
Pretty impressed by the delivery of our Model Y! I works in the Dealership world and they checked all my marks. It was all ready when we arrived. Delivery was easy! Sign a few documents and drive!! The only issue I have and this isn’t the delivery center fault is I wish I could view pictures of our Model Y while doing all the paperwork via the Tesla App.
