Great place to learn about a Tesla. Great place to test drive one and fall in love with one. Strangely enough, you have to buy one online and new ones can't be bought off of the lot. That was strange and unexpected. It literally took 5 minutes to order one versus 5 hours at a normal dealership. Everyone at both dealerships were friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. Way to go Tesla. So far, what a freaking awesome whip! A little complicated for someone who isn't a "techy", but damn I'm learning. Lol.
Went in for service, overall great experience. Everything managed through the app, was a breeze to drop off vehicle and pick up loaner.
Very upset with the company I love Teslas and have had 2 of them. model Y and a model 3 highland. This dealership is one of the worse I’ve ever dealt with. Was here for an appointment and am currently still waiting 45 mins on my key. They’ve helped about 4 other ppl now and we have a set appointment at 5:30. Very upset
