One star, and it was earned. We drove 45 minutes to Tesla Mechanicsburg ready to purchase TWO vehicles. There were three employees in the showroom. Not one of them acknowledged us. No greeting, no “someone will be right with you” — nothing. We stood there as paying customers with real money to spend and were treated like we were invisible. We recently had my Tesla Model X serviced at this location in Mechanicsburg. I am from PA but live in Virginia. We were in PA visiting family in early June and as we were charging to head back to VA my car just stopped working. Turns out we needed a new HV battery. (Thank goodness for warranty) It was on a Sunday and Tesla was closed - so we had it towed to Tesla and found another way back to VA. I had an incredibly stressful situation today when my car had a sudden charging failure and required an emergency stop. I made it to the Mechanicsburg location, and the manager and staff here were absolute lifesavers. They immediately jumped in to try and help me get the car charged, and when it became clear it needed to stay for service, they quickly set me up with a loaner vehicle so I could drive home safely. The customer service at this service center is practically non existent. My vehicle was in for service 3 times for the same problem which still has been unable to be resolved even though the technician himself said the issue was pretty severe. After purchasing 3 Tesla vehicles the brand lost my loyalty!
