The sales manager here, George, is awful, and had made my life miserable with his handling of sales and delivery. The experiences with this dealership have been the worst of my life, even worse than the time I bought in person from a dealership who yelled at me for actually reading through all my contracts before signing. This places does not operate in good faith or value honesty. It’s overall a waste of space and resources.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent service experience. A loaner vehicle was initially reserved for my appointment, but it was later changed, leaving me without transportation despite spending thousands of dollars on repairs. When customers are paying significant amounts for service, reliable transportation should not be an afterthought. Awesome experience at Tesla Libertyville! The team at Tesla Libertyville was great helping me with my trade-in vehicle. I lost the title for it, which made things super complicated. The team was kind, patient, and super flexible working with me to figure out the next steps. Would definitely recommend them!
Just got my first Tesla and the experience is very hands off for someone who is used to the old antiquated dealer model. Overall a great model to use and they were there to answer my questions.
