If you can, buy your Tesla from anywhere else. The people at this location are very nice in person, but once you leave, the service and follow-through disappear. I had a small broken piece on a brand-new 2025 Model 3. Not a huge issue, and they initially scheduled a mobile service for early August. The technician came on August 4th (he was also super nice), but instead of fixing it, he said a part had to be ordered and removed the broken piece—leaving the car looking worse. i had posted earlier, but to add to that worst car buying experience ever. paid $250 deposit. wanted to change the model. sales guy says no worries we will refund you hav to rebook. PLEASE DONT BELIEVE THAT, you will loose that deposit. Came to Tesla at Lawrence to check out 2026 Model Y on 06/30/2025. It was the last evening of a reduced sales tax promotion and the place was packed. I was about to leave before Giselle G walked in to help customers. She was friendly, enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and willing to help. She helped me through the application process and all of the paperwork for a new car. In my personal experience at this service center, I felt mocked for my stutter and treated with complete disrespect. This left me feeling humiliated as a customer, and I would never return. In my opinion, no one should have to go through what I experienced here.
