Avoid going to This Tesla location . They say different and do something different . I had an approval and then when I come to pickup they tell you different stories . Cheat you on rate of interest . They need money instantly but when cancelling they say they will see what they can do . Pl avoid as you are buying it for 5 or 6 years . Avoid this location . Any one need more info I have all in Documentation and I am happy to provide it .
Came to Tesla at Lawrence to check out 2026 Model Y on 06/30/2025. It was the last evening of a reduced sales tax promotion and the place was packed. I was about to leave before Giselle G walked in to help customers. She was friendly, enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and willing to help. She helped me through the application process and all of the paperwork for a new car.
