am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent service experience I had at Tesla Camarillo. Not only was the customer service extremely poor and lacking in basic communication, but the condition of my vehicle has noticeably worsened since the visit. I've visited over 10 Tesla service centers across the country, and this is the only one that doesn't even seem like it should be a part of the Tesla Family. Great service
Service department is absolutely terrible, dude with pony tail and tattoos working the computer was so rude.
I was sent an email telling me about the trade-in value on my Tesla if I wanted to get a new car. I was interested so I went down to this Tesla dealership. I was talking to an employee there named Kevin Delgado. I picked a car I liked and started the sales process. This guy Kevin seemed totally incompetent to me. He kept telling me things that turned out not to be true.
