I have received top tier service at this Tesla Service Center. I have just bought a used Model 3 from Tesla and noticed at home that the roof was scratched. They have replaced it under warranty in a couple of days, it looks and works perfectly. It took only a couple of minutes to drop off and pick up the car. This is how every car manufacturer should treat customers!
