Nice cars
This is a great service center. The technicians here do great quality work and at a quick pace. There are closer service centers near me, but I will go out of my way to return to this one for future visits.
I kept looking for the earliest appointment near me to replace a cracked windshield. Tesla of White plains was it. On the appointment day when I checked in I was told they are backed up with work. I have to leave the car there for 4 days. The labor charge is 2 hours to replace the windshield. I need my car I’ll come back in 4 days. No if you don’t leave the car your appointment is canceled. Service department is ridiculous. My 2021 model 3 with 20k miles on it had the steering wheel started to peel from the cheap material they used. I dont use hand sanitizer and I dont use creams. Utterly ridiculous to try and charge $900 for a replacement wheel.
