Staff exhibited courtesy during check-in. A newly acquired vehicle, less than one week old, required an alignment correction and was returned in a deteriorated state with a soiled interior (refer to attached images). The loaner vehicle was in an unacceptable condition, containing debris and canine hair. At pickup, no personnel were present, necessitating a wait period before locating the vehicle independently. A follow-up call to manager Amber yielded no response despite a promised callback.

I had my car windshield replaced here, and the actual replacement job was done well—no issues with the installation itself. However, I had a parking permit hanging on my rearview mirror that went missing during the service. When I asked about it, the staff said they couldn’t find it. I followed up with a phone call the next day, hoping for an update, but was kept on hold for nearly an hour before I finally had to hang up. We had a great experience at the Tesla Lake Forest Service Center. Nicolas, our service advisor, was kind enough to get our service done quickly as we were from out of town and would be waiting for our vehicle. It was an easy fix and they covered the cost under warranty. Thanks Nicholas!
