A car buying experience unlike any other! I was able to trade in our used car, (we were offered $300 more than carvana). I did EVERYTHING through the ap. Trade in (gas car),financing my new Tesla, and all required steps for insurance/transferring plates etc. I drove over on my lunch break two days later and picked up my car from one of the salesman Abel. I took delivery of a new 2026 Model Y RWD from Tesla Dedham on February 6, and unfortunately the vehicle exhibited a front suspension rattling noise immediately upon driving off the lot (approximately 12 miles on the odometer). After bringing it to Tesla Watertown and receiving no resolution to the issue, I brought it to Tesla Peabody for a second opinion. During my second call, I was put on hold for over 20 minutes, while my first caller abruptly hung up on me, and the third representative was rather rude. This Tesla service center in Peabody sucks.
One of my worst service experience in years. Started late, finished late, and broke a part without telling me. I discovered it on the way home.
