So I’ve been having a slow leak in my front left tire. I’ve had to fill up my front tire about once a day or once every two days. I called to make an appointment to get it repaired or changed. My son and I arrived 15 minutes after close due to traffic to drop off our car the night before our service appointment, and pick up a loaner. I was unable to get into the loaner due to a problem with the app not allowing me to begin pickup. It was cold and windy and we were faced with having to drive back home in our own car and reschedule service. I got a CPO Model 3 from Tesla in Peabody, and everyone there was exceptional! They worked with me to reschedule my delivery many times for various reasons, never seeming to mind. Star, Abel, and Naizeah were particularly helpful. They were even able to accommodate my request to delay my delivery to the following say but inspect the vehicle indoors due to some anticipated rain.
