Walked around for 10 minutes, not one person there acknowledged me, I felt completely ignored. Disappointed
Very lazy workers. Nothing inside works — not the coffee machines or anything. They scammed me into buying a new tire when all I needed was a repair kit. Terrible service and a waste of money. One star.

Leave it to a Tesla service center to not only *not* perform the one main service you brought the car in for, but also never ever ever notify you when the car is done and you're in the waiting room. They will happily let it sit outside for an hour while you're in the waiting room without telling you, but if you go up to the front desk and ask about it after you see it's been moved, they'll say "oh yeah it's all done!"
