Out technician Kenny was great, he was very kind and he was able to fix the issue with the Model Y within half an hour.
I've had nothing but good experience with Tesla mobile. Kenny helped me out in a pinch today and went above and beyond. I've had at least two other experiences with Tesla Peabody service and every time they have been great.
Call and no answer, was told i would get a call regarding if they have a car available for me while they my car gets work done. I have called repeated to no answer. they were good to sell you the car now you need assistance and are unreachable. All the money in the world my guy hire more people...
