Being in Grants Pass, there are 2 options for service centers: Salem, and Bend. Both of these options are around a 4 hour drive, but I chose Bend because they could schedule an appointment sooner, and my computer had gone out. Drop off was seamless. We were able to get a test drive car to go grab lunch and explore a bit while they worked on getting the car ready. It was supposed to be done at 5. Quick and easy process to purchase a tesla! Can't believe how easy the whole process was and everyone was super friendly and helpful in the already easy process.
Excellent Staff, Service, and Communication. Just how it should be! We love our Tesla! Can't imagine driving anything else, especially without FSD.
