⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience purchasing my first Tesla and the biggest reason was my sales advisor, Duncan Fujii. Duncan was incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable. difficult to schedule body work. App said I needed to go to Tacoma WA to get an estimate! Person who answered the phone said to go to Car Star South in Bend but didn't have a phone number for them. Nowhere does it say that this is what needs to happen. first time I called the customer svc number the phone call disconnected
