If I could give zero stars, I would. FSD played a role in my DUI on September 2, 2025. I later requested the vehicle telemetry data for my brother Anthony’s 2018 Model 3 because that vehicle was involved in a serious personal incident, and I had also put roughly $2,000 into its front end. Instead of getting meaningful assistance or transparency, I was trespassed from the Tesla location in Bend. After everything I’ve experienced with Tesla, I cannot recommend this company. If you’re considering a Tesla, buy a Lucid instead.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience purchasing my first Tesla and the biggest reason was my sales advisor, Duncan Fujii. Duncan was incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer every question I had and explained every feature of the Tesla in a way that was easy to understand. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. difficult to schedule body work. App said I needed to go to Tacoma WA to get an estimate! Person who answered the phone said to go to Car Star South in Bend but didn't have a phone number for them. Nowhere does it say that this is what needs to happen. first time I called the customer svc number the phone call disconnected
