Attentive staff and spacious facilities.
My new Model X (300 miles old) had multi function failures and soonest appointment was 3 weeks out. They said I could drop in anytime to fix the steering but would have to make an appointment for everything else. I explained I lived 2.5 hours away and that would be a real hardship. They didn't care. Called the Dublin Tesla Service (even farther away) and got a much better result.
Courteous and knowledgeable. Delivery of repair on time as stated. Wonderful experience.
