I there to get some maintenance done and the service desk guy (on 08/09/25) was really cooperative and kind. Even tho they were super busy he still took care of our service in a timely manner
Shameful! I am a second time Tesla vehicle owner. Our 2020 Tesla was picked up in Rocklin. GO THERE! We ordered our 2025 Tesla online...per policy...was told the vehicle was going to be delivered to Stockton, California. We arrived and the car had my name on it ready to go. Tesla Stockton rocks. Shout-out to Maribel and Rodrigo for being super helpful with their fast responses and frequent updates! This is the Tesla where I picked my car up from in March and have had serviced once. Despite far-out appointment availability (understandably beyond their control), they operate with a kind of efficiency that puts the customer first.
