I had an outstanding experience at the Tesla showroom in Stockton today. Maribel, the staff member who assisted me, provided the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. This isn’t the first time I’ve been helped by her—every visit, including previous ones, has been consistently amazing. Maribel truly goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel valued and informed. Highly recommend her and the showroom!
I purchased my Model Y from the Stockton Tesla location a few months ago, and while I love the car itself, my overall experience with Tesla has been frustrating from start to finish.
