Terrible service and communication. Was told my car would be done be the end of the day and was not notified by phone or the app that they pushed it to the next day. Once I called them they were unprofessional and inconsiderate of how big of an inconvenience this was for me. Wouldn’t recommend taking your car for service here unless you want to waste your time and rely on them to make things more difficult.

The experience at the Stockton Tesla location was mixed. Walking into the main showroom, there was little to no customer service. No one greeted or acknowledged me, and staff didn’t seem interested in helping or answering questions. It felt like you had to go out of your way just to get basic assistance. Sole my truck to search for a new/used Tesla. Came to the dealership around 5pm on 5/16 and the man sitting behind the desk only asked if I was picking up today. Extremely dismissive in my questions then told me that every single new and used Tesla is sold out in California and that it would take weeks to get one.
