Great test drives.
Staff was friendly. Didn't feel like I was pressured to buy.
Brought my car in to get all the tires replaced. Drop off was quick and wait wasn't too bad. When the work was finished and paid for I checked the tires and there was only one of the correct tires installed. The other three were the wrong model, lower rated, and a year older. I would give a lower rating, but at least they didn't give me any hassle when I brought it up and offered to bring it back in to get the correct tires on.
