I visited Tesla Gilroy to buy a pre-owned car, but the condition was bad — the car wasn’t cleaned, had spills inside, and scratches everywhere. Despite not liking it, I had to pay a $500 deposit and $1000 transport fee, both of which are not refunded. Very disappointing experience. The customer support was rude and Wouldn’t recommend buying pre-owned.
