Of all the Tesla locations around the Bay Area, this one stood out with by far the largest variety of used models in the range I was looking for. I could take a close look there at a few vehicles previously found online, and ended up purchasing one. Before buying, I noticed a small loose part. I got approved for the DCAP Grant program and came to pick up my car in gilroy. I had followed all instructions from the grant program and local showroom where I live (Fresno), but when I arrived to get my car, Carlos informed me that it was unavailable to pick up due to the grant not being properly claimed. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR DELIVERED HERE!! I am not one that usually makes things a big deal, but this was beyond unacceptable. What may be an any other day sale for them was a first-time experience for me and a big milestone that the Gilroy team ruined. Trust the comments I wish I had read reviews prior to selecting their location.
