I’m from the Central Valley (Visalia) and the earliest appointment I could get for fixing my AC was two weeks away. I was able to nab an appointment here at Gilroy (2.5hrs away from home) and I’m glad I made the drive. The Gilroy service center was spacious and the waiting lounge was fully stocked with drinks and snacks and plenty of comfortable chairs. The service team was polite and professional and the entire process was straightforward and fast. Would highly recommend for anyone need Tesla service!
Super knowledgeable techs. I have an older (2012 model s), and Alex's knowledge of the car and all its quirks is encyclopedic. So much better to have true gear-heads working on my car than the usual clock-punchers. Highly recommend.
