The worst dealership I used. They do mistakes, don't fix them and don't care about your questions. Service is awful. Never use it.
Hats off to the level of service Kiet provided! Even though Tesla is a brand where purchasing is non-traditional, meaning all online. Kiet went over an above to guide me through the steps of purchasing and educated me about the vehicle. When visiting the dealership the entire team greeted and assisted flawlessly! Took delivery of a used Model X here. The sales person didn’t even want to help with anything. I got in my car and it didn’t have the physical keys, I had to go and ask him for them to which he begrudgingly went and gave me one. The car also didn’t have the JE charging adaptor to which I had to go back in and ask for one, he just took it off another car and gave it to me.
