I am never going to this place is bad and the customer care is so people are rude I got my car bought here so much but very carelessness
Update: Loaner was provided. Hopefully battery issue will be resolved. Service rep was helpful.
Extremely disappointed with the service experience. Our Model Y’s main battery completely failed during a holiday weekend. The car is under warranty, but will not charge at all. Despite this, no loaner vehicle was offered. This is unacceptable — being left without transportation while waiting an unknown number of days for a major warranty repair is not the level of service expected from Tesla. Update: After visiting the service center on Sunday to try and straighten out the below issues in person it looks like this is more of a Tesla parts system issue. They showed me what they get to see on the part status and it is very minimal information. Order date and ETA on arrival( that date kept changing while in transit) No tracking or anything to give the service department confidence when the part would actually arrive therefore misleading the customer.
