The showroom visit was a positive experience, particularly during the delivery of my Tesla Model Y. The staff demonstrated exceptional courtesy and a welcoming demeanor.
I took delivery of my Tesla in mid November at the Norwell location and noticed paint damage at delivery. I asked for the damage to be documented before accepting the vehicle and was told a paint chip repair kit would be shipped to my home. Nearly four months later, I still have not received the repair kit. Abby has been largely unresponsive to multiple follow ups, timelines have repeatedly come and gone, and I have been given the same explanation about the paint pen being out of stock for over a month with no visible progre... read more
Is it possible to give this place negative 5 stars? I ordered a battery, was told to pick it up at this location. Drove 3 hours round trip and was told I could not pick it up today.
