Service went quite smoothly. Waiting area is quite nice and there are two offices available on a first come first served basis
They become a fraudulent company I keep booking the car and they set date for pick up date then they keep changing that date and they don’t want to return my money
More of a general Tesla comment but paid a substantial amount of money for full self drive. Customer service rep says the cameras can't see because the windshield isnt clean in front of the cameras. Then identify that it's basically a design flaw as it's not sealed to keep dust and moisture out. Charges me 60 bucks for a ten minute cleaning. Smart move Tesla piss off a higher paying customer for a ten minute windshield cleaning. Nickel and dime.
