Purchased a vehicle for 55000$ and now when I’m trying to call them to ask a question, AI agent responds and rejects to Send me to a live agent , I try again , call several times and when AI send me to a live agent I had to wait 48 minute to be able to just talk to someone!!! Disgrace ! I took my car in for a warranty service to have the seat leather replaced. They did a terrible job and even scratched and tore the leather on the rear seat. I already lost a day of work, and now I have to take more time off and wait for another appointment so they can fix the damage they caused. It’s absolutely terrible
Had another great visit today at Tesla Norwell. Just in for a tire rotation, car was finished early, took a short Cybertruck Cyberbeast test drive and went on my way. I go out of my way to visit this service center. The team is always friendly and helpful. Dedham is good too, but it’s usually much busier and this location is near a work location I can visit. Keep up the good work
