WOW, The BEST customer service I think I have ever had. We went to test drive a Cyber Truck Richie the Tesla Employee was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! He was so knowledgeable and super friendly and patient with all of our questions we left thinking Tesla may be our next car. Oh, we are not going with the Cyber Truck we LOVED it but may be too big for what we want and need. Go ELON!!!!!
Outstanding Tesla Service – Highly Recommend! I visited the Tesla Center at 98 Accord Park Dr, Norwell, MA on Monday, September 29, 2025, and had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were polite, professional, and clearly focused on customer satisfaction.
