Monique was great! She helped through my whole appointment and being a girl at a dealership can be so stressful but she made it so easy and smooth! Thank you Monique and the Tesla team!
Jack in Tesla Service was Outstanding - (in Norwell MA). Very personable and explained options very clearly.
The Norwell team is a genuinely polite group of people. It's not my closest service center, but I keep coming back. The service reps listen carefully at drop-off and edit anything the Tesla app didn't capture properly when requesting service. The enclosed drive-in garage makes drop-off easier too, especially in the winter. Monique deserves special praise for her attention to detail and her courteous nature. Always nice when they charge it up!
