Worst place ever
My go to service center. They have a great team and overall I’ve had a pleasant experience here. Had a windshield crack that was quickly identified, scheduled, and fixed. My front fascia was also nicked and replaced. -AWDTM3 ‘24 They’ve got a pretty nice display area too for vehicles in inventory that are constantly being rotated. Ask for Metin and Terry for the best service!
PLEASE READ TO AVOID SCAM I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Tesla dealership. I came in for a cracked windshield caused by weather, which should be covered under warranty. Instead, they flat-out refused, falsely claiming it was due to an impact—despite there being no evidence. The manager was rude, dismissive, and condescending, trying to justify the refusal by saying small rocks or temperature changes can cause cracks.
