Fantastic experience. Delightful and very helpful staff.
I wouldn’t buy anything used from Tesla. They couldn’t answer any questions about the cars history or battery health. All the could say is the car has been through the Tesla inspections process. Even then I found two large scratches and a rip in the tire wall. Since I had already paid I had no choice but to trust them. After testing the battery at home it is in worse shape than similar model 3s and I’m just trusting they’ll fix the other problems at some point with no confirmation or way to know they will.
Very friendly staff. Loved the open house and test drive experience.
Update May 2026: They still don’t help the laziest parts ppl out of all the Teslas I’ve delivered to over the valley… They don’t help with anything. At the other Tesla locations, they help with deliveries
Place is an absolute crap show customer service services crap slammed the phone down when hanging up when they’re pissed off at me because something didn’t get fixed when I spent $1500 for my AC to be fixed and now they wanna charge me another $1500. I’m switching back to gas this electric is a piece of crap. I love my Tesla until I took it to the dealership.
