Tesla sales team is terrible. You’d think buying a used Tesla from a Tesla dealership would be a good idea but it has been a horrible experience. They state on their website all their used Teslas meet the Tesla standards but we received a car that had side damage, airbags safety issues, and tire that had low pressure tpms error message. I was told after we made final payment, that I should accept the car and damage would be fixed at no charge. I had to raise a complaint to get the issue resolved. Extremely slow and unprofessional. They don’t answer the phone and they do not respond to any messages. Truly hate that I had to move to Arizona and deal with this poor level of service.
Well organized
Purchasing a Tesla is definitely a different experience than buying a traditional car. We ordered a 2026 Tesla online , and the delivery process itself was smooth once we got started. The Tesla advisor took plenty of time to walk us through the app, vehicle setup, and even went on a short test drive to answer our questions. The car is beautiful and rides exceptionally well. I really like the technology and the car itself. Tesla makes an innovative vehicle, and that’s the reason I decided to buy one. Unfortunately, the customer service has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The moment the sale was completed, it felt like no one cared about us anymore.
