Great team. Very helpful in answering questions and knowledgeable. I appreciated too that this location has extensive inventory. This is my preferred location for test drives.
This Tesla Mesa location gets the job done, but it doesn’t match the level of service I’m used to at the Scottsdale location closer to my home office. Everything was handled correctly and professionally, but the overall experience felt more transactional and less attentive. It’s fine if this is your closest option, but if you have a choice, the Scottsdale location delivers a noticeably better service experience.
Drop off process was easy. Julio and Maya took care of me even on a Sunday! Thanks for the help. Best Tesla service I’ve had yet. Update from visit #2 —- service advisor Trent is AWESOME. Nothing but great things to say about the Mesa Tesla team. Thank you again. Update from visit on 1/2026 —- service advisor Paul was incredible. The entire team, including the technician are amazing and are so helpful and easy to talk to. Love the Mesa location and their team.
