Great staff, very friendly, not pushy at all. If you are curious about the full self drive ability, go try it out. It’s amazing. We ended up ordering a new Tesla with a lot of influence from our good experience here.
The vehicle is great. The follow up horrible. The dealer submits information for your registration to dmv. The registration team at Tesla reached out to me asking for a better photo of the co registrant. I sent this and they acknowledged it had been received. Time went on and my temporary plate was expiring. Tried to call the local dealer and no one answers. It forwards to a customer service line where I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes.
