I’ve owned 5 Tesla. Never had a pleasant experience with service. Always have to work and push for things to get done. Really unfortunate. Including screenshots of just one of several instances.
Purchased a new Tesla model X today. Talked with Mario, he told me total cash price out the door was $108,630. Confirmed this 3 times. Told him I would have a cashiers check. Ten minutes later he texted and raised price by 11k for taxes and fees he said he forgot to add in. Not the best way to do business. He needs to be fired.
The TESLA app is a great tool and makes the purchaing process easy. I had questions regarding the tax incentive and the teacher rebate to which I received no answers on after a few tx msg and emails. The phone # listed did not go through either. With no responses or call back I secured my purchase and made my appt for pickup. My excitement turned to disappointment after finding out that my car did not qualify for the tax credit due to being a 2024 model. READ THE FINE PRINT! Tesla lowered the price of the model Y the night we placed our order. They will not honor any compensation. They wanted us to cancel and reorder losing our car. They also refuse to give us back our $250 fee. Not sure why you have to pay a$250 fee on sitting inventory. We didn’t order from factory. You managed to create a bad Tesla image for us.
