Tesla’s customer service is awful. I ordered a used Model Y, and the website showed it was eligible for the $4,000 tax credit. After paying $1,500, they suddenly told me it wasn’t eligible due to hidden transportation fees—something never disclosed before payment. Best car buying experience, super easy!!
I sent my vehicle in for repairs back in November. Drove the vehicle through December and had to have the car towed back to Bloomington. Repairs were done quickly in 1 week. Drove the car through the beginning of January. Same issue with the car. Had it towed for the 3rd time and delivered on 1/18. Tesla has had my car for 2 weeks and the parts arrived today.
