Bait and switch with these yahoos. I got a text from Tesla to schedule a 48 hr test drive. Perfect timing as I am looking for a new vehicle. I already have a model 3 and a suburban. My suburban is old and I wanted something larger than a car to replace it with. I decided to research the Cyber Truck. I hit via the link I received from Tesla and booked it with the Mesa location. Absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had with a service center. My Tesla app reflected no payment necessary and Brett personally was calling and texting me harassing me for payment on a amount that was never shown through my app not to mention I picked up my car and was told I was “good to go” they texted me days later saying I would be charged fees for leaving my car there, clearly had NO idea I already picked up my car…. Proceeded to charge my card without my knowledge or consent. Will never take my vehicle here again.
