Victor knocked it out of the park when we towed in our MYP. He stated “hey it’s going to be a few days, it’s covered under warranty, and what type of vehicle do you want as a loaner?” Cybertruck was a blast to drive for a week, really considering purchasing one now! 10/10 service!
The entire Tesla car buying process and ownership experience has changed my opinion of an entire industry. Every step of the way, Tesla has been outstanding. I love the fact that their team members are empowered to communicate in a natural way that doesn't feel canned and provide solutions that don't feel gate-kept or forced. I truly feel they just want you to be happy with your vehicle. Andrew and the service team are quick and accommodating. Nice job!
Ryan the manager was awesome! I’m still shocked at the level of service I received and what he was able to do for my vehicle. I also witnessed multiple other people get above and beyond service while I was waiting. The Scottsdale service department has it figured out
