Terrible customer service! Do not buy a tesla they don't care about quality control or customer service and especially depreciation! Only good thing about them is there power. Bought a model y had nothing but issues! You're better off buying a Lucid with more luxury and range or a rivian. Tesla service department is rude and does not care if your car is having problems.
I loved my Tesla model 3, dual motor, long range, but I will never buy a Tesla again , if your considering it Don't do it . If your thinking of buying a Tesla don't do it . The worst customer service and service center I've ever dealt with . The Tesla update failed and bricked my computer and I had to drive 4 hours, for an appointment that was weeks out , and wait 4 hours for them to tell me they couldn't fix it and a replacement computer would be 2700$ . For a company that builds these cars, uses AI ect.. they can't figure out how to sell their preowned inventory with running one credit app. Was about to buy a car for my daughter and found out the initial used car in their inventory had an accident and a bad carfax. Run carfax on their cars since they don't disclose it.. So instead of buying the model 3 with a bad carfax they didn't disclose I picked another model 3 with a clean carfax and they same amount for the car. I don't get how they sell vehicles. Went to dealership in Scottsdale and they don't even have a showroom. Update your website. Went out of my way 40 minutes.
I love owning my tesla. But the experience i had with service center just made me sick. First of all i had to wait a month to even take my car in for service. In that time what was wrong with my car was getting worse. But I cant just not drive. So the day finally comes to take it in. I drop the car off and im on my way. A few hours later I get updates and a previously quoted estimate of 188 suddenly turned into 2300. After back and forth all day I finally started looking at 3rd party mechanics.
