We saw problems every step of the way with this dealership - from losing the details of my loan one day before delivery to forgetting the air pump that comes with a new Tesla purchase. When you call to fix a problem, their automatic answering agent never puts you through to an actual person, instead only putting you through menus before hanging up. Worst dealership
I live closer to the Mechanicsburg service center but always made the longer trip to this one due to it always having amazing customer service, however thats gone down hill the last 2 times I've had to come in. The last appointment the service center left some random parts and trash inside my car. It was annoying but not huge, just sloppy customer service. The West Chester team is definitely one of the best teams in the region. From Sales to Service. All my needs were addressed. Kaitlyn Carey did a phenomenal job greeting me, educating me on things and very efficient. She’s one of the best/down to earth person you’ll ever meet!!
