Rob, Derrick, Joe, and the entire team have been fantastic to work with. I own several Tesla vehicles, so unfortunately for them, they've had to deal with me more than once. I am disappointed with my experience at Tesla Service in West Chester, PA. On 4/8/26, I brought my 2025 M3 in because it was experiencing significant vibration and shaking at highway speeds. Tesla confirmed the vibration could be felt through the driver's seat and steering wheel and serviced the vehicle. We picked up our Model Y from this location last week. It's a different car buying experience. Everything is done through the app in advance and we were asked in the app to schedule a time to pick up the car from this location. When we reached, we were welcomed by the representative Mr. Sean, he showed the car, explained everything. Then he explained about the documents I need to sign. Derrick was a great service advisor. Friendly, knowledge and keep me informed throughout the repair. The service team did a great job too, my car now handles like brand new. I'll be coming back here if I need service again.
