I have to give 1 star because there isn't any option for 0. The experience was horrible. I booked a demo drive for the vehicle I wanted to buy, but was told it couldn't be demoed. Instead, I drove a Model 3 with 94k miles and a crooked steering wheel. FSD didn't work because of dirty cameras. The guy who took me for demo was picking his nose sitting right next to me. My delivery was great! Had no issues. The service advisor who helped me was so kind and helpful. Absolutely LOVE my new car!
Avoid this dealership at all cost. They harm the Tesla brand and don’t offer real assistance. I had a terrible experience with the Service department at West Chester Tesla. Joe, a “senior” representative, acted oddly and wasn’t helpful. His boss, Cody, ignored my escalation request. My new Tesla Y, which I’ve brought in four times in the first three months, still shakes at highway speeds, but the dealership claims it’s fine.
