The staff were friendly and helpful. When I told Griffin I was interested in buying a used Tesla, he didn't pressure my to buy a new one. Instead he answered any questions I had. Later, when I bought my car, Caitlin was helpful and professional.
Service was good. Communication was good.
I already posted something about it on X, hoping Tesla would see it, because I’m always astounded by the care and effort put into my car and my personal satisfaction as the customer. I’m sure the service is good at most any Tesla service center, but I will only go to the West Chester one because I’ve never had better service with any vehicle anywhere else (I’ve needed repairs twice plus maintenance).
