After a couple of bad experiences with my cyber truck purchase. On the day of delivery, Caitlin surpass all my expectations. She was kind, helpful, accommodating and creative. The West Chester location is lucky to have her.

The management at this location is dishonest. I took my vehicle here to have the windshield replaced and they damaged my door and charge port then denied it. The also left my car interior in worse shape with a couple scratches on the steering wheel and multiple parts left on the floor. I would recommend finding a different service center or selling your car and getting a non Tesla. I’m finished with this fraudulent company.

I recently purchased a Tesla model y and overall, it’s been a great experience. The vehicle itself is impressive — the performance, design, and technology are top-notch. That said, I’m giving it four stars instead of five due minor defects in assembly. The issue wasn’t a deal-breaker, but it did take away from an otherwise exceptional experience. Would definitely recommend Tesla to others, with just a few caveats based on my experience.

I spent over $100,000 on a new Cybertruck just three months ago. As part of the delivery, Tesla applied the aero wheel covers. When the caps were removed—by Tesla—I discovered that the wheels underneath were visibly scuffed. The damage was clearly caused by the aggressive clips used to secure the caps, something entirely out of my control. When I brought this to Tesla’s attention, I assumed they’d take care of it—after all, the truck is practically brand new, and the damage was caused by their own installation process.
