This review is about the service center. We were on a road trip and had to have our Tesla towed from Augusta to Savannah. There was a closer center but the Savannah location was highly recommended and I’m glad we went there. The team was patient, explained the problem in a way that anyone could understand, and even sent pictures. They stayed in contact with us, and provided reliable estimates of time and cost. We recently visited Tesla Savannah for a demo drive of the Model 3. The drive itself was great, and we really enjoyed getting to experience FSD for the first time. Unfortunately, the customer service left a lot to be desired. When we arrived for our scheduled demo drive, no one greeted or acknowledged us for several minutes until our advisor eventually came over. I have now purchased over 5 cars and all different dealerships, this was one of the slowest and most unprofessional dealerships. Since i purchased my Tesla online, I thought this process would be a little easier, but they have made this process long/tedious. I love my Tesla, but not the experience here.
The customer service at these places are enough of a reason to just stay away from Tesla cars.
If you’re looking for a headache and unfulfilled promises then this is the Tesla dealership for you! What started as an exciting car buying experience quickly turned into the most unsatisfactory experience once I was placed with an employee named “Jeremiah”.
