I was issued a 30-day temporary license plate at the time of purchase. As the expiration date approached, I contacted Tesla support through the mobile application because I had not yet received my permanent license plate. During this communication, I also informed Tesla that I had a previously scheduled family trip to Orlando and that I needed to be able to legally drive my vehicle. Schedule to have a door handle inspected , alignment, camera cleaning .. approved estimate weeks ago and 2 days before appointment get a revised estimate with and extra $500 for replacing the whole handle assembly. Definitely horrible communication. Canceled that job line and then appointment was scheduled for the following week. Very unprofessional.
