I purchased my Tesla from the Tesla of Savannah 2 months ago. A customer sales person emailed me a month later saying the paperwork was wrong and she emailed me the paperwork again for my registration. I did it and mailed it back. I filed through my local tag office for a temporary tag extension ( ga only allows one) after another month I sent mutiple follow up emails to see where my tag was. Terrible experience. I bought two new Teslas (’25 Model X & ’26 Model Y) from Tesla Savannah on July 19. My temporary tags expired Sept 2 because the dealership never sent my registration paperwork to the SC DMV. So after 83 days, 16 emails sent, and 20+ calls to Tesla, the DMV finally received it Oct 8th and I got my plates on the 10th— too late though. I enjoyed my first service experience at Tesla! I took my car to be serviced due to some tire issues. Connor was amazing! He kept me updated throughout my time there. It took a bit longer than expected for the wait time so I decided to take an uber somewhere for food. Connor was able to get me uber credits to travel while my car was being repaired. The mechanics were able to resolve the problem with my tires and now my car is ridding like new! I would give this location 10 starts if I could!
