They have the worst service. Unhelpful, unprepared, unprofessional.
This was my first experience of any kind with Tesla, I spoke with Ty. He was amazing, answered every question I asked, walked me through the test drive process gave me some valuable information and will be helping me with any purchase I plan on making in the future.
We went to drive a possibly purchase an we were outside around the lot around an hour an no one even acknowledged anyone was outside interested in a product they have ! was very let down
The staff are friendly and they get the job done.
test drive the cyber truck a while back. the truck was fun but the condition of the vehicle was a joke. dirty and just aweful. why would this dealership not check the condition of it before someone test drives it. the stainless steel is a game stopper though. I wouldn't but it just for that reason. I love musk space x and my starlink buy gonna pass on the truck until it gets refined.
