Excellent service, thank you
The worst delivery experience of special ordering a vehicle. No customer service, or direct line, wait on hold for 30 minutes to 1 hour, they say someone from delivery department will call you back. They gave me Ben the general manager of the 6500 Cedar Springs location to talk to and said he would be calling me back. I called 6 times talk to different person every time, they said Ben would call me back, always said he was with customer. He never called me back. Perfect experience picking up a new car for/with my mother-in-law. Also have been here for service on my own and always great.
Shane at the reception desk on the service side has A1 customer service. My Tesla had 4 alerts out of nowhere and needed a quick battery reolacement. Veronica allowed me to test a cybertruck while my service was being conducted. I was out of there in an hour.
Mr. Jacob the manager here will try to take care of his customers to the best of his ability. Thanks, guys!
