2 visits = 5 each (10 total) 1st visit, my battery went out. Evan walked my car with me, explained the steps to repair and timeline, 2 weeks. He Worked the phones, got me out in 3 days 2nd visit Aaron, I needed coolant, my sensors were not aligned. He talked me thru it, with timeline. Got me out on time and price was cheaper than the quote. Both guys made my visit go smoothly

Dallas Tesla is very reflective of the Dallas culture. The lack of friendliness, cold people that lacks consideration of customers. They got the market cornered so they don’t care about customer service. Trying to avoid this location now that there’s more options to go.
The people that work here are beyond RUDE!!!!!!!Don't buy a Tesla. They have the absolute worst customer service. I picked my vehicle in June and was told I would receive my registration and plates in 45 days. It has been over 90 days and still no plates. You cannot call Tesla and talk someone, without being on hold for over 30 minutes. Then they say they can't help you and to call another number. There are plenty of other EVs on the market that provide better service
