I bought a used Model Y from Tesla and reported a torn headliner and a ripped center console at delivery on August 24. A ticket was opened that day. No one followed up, so I had to raise it again myself two days later. Tesla issued a $0 repair estimate, and I signed it. I picked up my first tesla at the Dallas location and JT was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us! The music and red carpet was a nice touch for our first experience. There was a few paint issues but the team made sure we were taken care of. All the staff was super nice and helpful making the experience one to remember! Fantastic job Dallas team can’t wait to pick up our next tesla from here
