Bought Tesla Y on June 10, 2025. No plates mailed as of August 9, 2025. It is very difficult to contact anyone. Any given number given redirects me to national support line. Does anyone has issues with Registration of new vehicles? How did you resolve the issue?
Andrea Is an excellent sales advisor. I can't say the same for the rest of the sales team but if you need anything I would 100 percent recommend her for all your Tesla needs.
So, I month ago today, I purchased my new Model Y Juniper from the Brownsville TX Store. Aundrea helped with every detail I needed. This woman needs a serious promotion. Hiyma was my salesman, and he also did a wonder job. The next day I drove this Model Y to Colorado from Brownsville, a total of 2,781 miles, and the experience was well beyond my expectations. They don’t answer phones or respond to customers asking for a simple status update for license plates on the brand new vehicle bought from here.
It seems like 1 person works here. They are not prepared to handle the deliveries they have scheduled.
