On the sales side, everything is fantastic—the staff is helpful, courteous, and all-around great. But the service department is a completely different story. Buyer beware! My primary issue is with service advisor Alejandra, who is downright rude, negative, and unhelpful. She acts like she’s the technician, dismisses concerns, and refuses to assist.
