Scheduled the demo drive online. Came in for the visit. They explained how the car works and sent me on my way alone…”have fun!” No high pressure sales, just helpful employees that genuinely liked being there. Afterwards they were super helpful with the order process, including helping me with getting paperwork through. Bought the car completely through the app on my phone. Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had.
Terrible cars that fall apart the second you drive off the lot. Genuinely the least comfortable cars I’ve ever been in. Buy any brand except Tesla.
3 months with the Tesla Cyber Truck and no plates . Then after 95 days I find out they don’t even have the paperwork and it hasn’t even been started with the state. SMH . Horrible experience.
