Just had an awesome experience at the Southlake location! Brandon and Mario were super knowledgeable and helpful through the entire buying process. They made everything easy and stress-free—highly recommend this location.
Very unprofessional behavior from sales associate, Pranay. He did not have sufficient knowledge of the process and encouraged us to apply as newcomers. After Tesla offered us a very bad deal, he asked us to cancel the request and made promises of refunding the processing fee of 250 USD. He kept on asking for more time by making excuses and empty promises and now has stopped responding. We are also disappointed with the other staff at the store who kept covering up for him. Mike was very friendly. Did a test drive in the new 2026 Model 3. I was sold as soon as he started talking to Grok and Grok was driving us.
Completely disappointed with the customer service at this location. Was absolutely astonished by how rude the individuals were at the podium when we visited.
Ali was fantastic, very knowledgeable and extremely sweet. Looked at all incentives or deals available to get me the best deal. Truly one of the best workers here.
