Nice store. Was immediately greeted when I walked in and was able to do a test drive in a model 3. Shout out to Mike who was very friendly! Only downside was that there is only one Model Y on the showroom floor.
The employees at this showroom are absolutely top notch. They are welcoming, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. I honestly wish I had this customer service experience everywhere I went. Mario was able to answer all of our questions, and he helped us order our first Tesla. Well done Mario. Well done Southlake Tesla. Well done Elon.
Do not buy a tesla, 30+ day waiting for basic mantiance services. Impossible to talk to an actual technican. Enjoy driving your car in a 150 degree glass oven for 32 days while you wait for a service appointment.
Just had an awesome experience at the Southlake location! Brandon and Mario were super knowledgeable and helpful through the entire buying process. They made everything easy and stress-free—highly recommend this location.
