Called to get info before driving over an hour to visit. Zac answered, maybe he was having a bad day but he was as flat and unforthcoming as I've seen. I was excited to go as I have a deposit on the truck so I wanted to learn more about the vehicles. I think they should have someone else answer the phone, I'm not too excited any more.
The sales people are wonderful especially Mike and Ella.
Just purchased a new Tesla Y. Met with Ellie at this store. She could not have been more helpful . Answered every question. Easy to contact .Returned every call . She is the model employee everyone should strive to be like. Great job.
