The people here went above and beyond to fix their mistakes. So it’s been a journey with these folks. I purchased a used vehicle and the delivery has been delayed 4 times and I even showed up because they said the vehicle was there only to find out it was still a thousand miles away and the transport hasn’t even started. Terrible customer service. Bought a used vehicle. Did not come with an inspection or ID/OD statement. Brought it back to dealership, was told that they do that??? On top of that they failed to provide a lien release on the title. When I called on this, was told someone in delivery would call back. That didn't happen. Still waiting. I don't know who manages this place, but they should be embarrassed by the unprofessionalism of their staff and their processes.
I had a really disappointing experience with the management at the Tesla location in Chesterfield, Missouri. I had accumulated about $900 in Tesla referral credits that suddenly disappeared because they apparently expire after one year. At no point was that expiration clearly shown in the app when I earned them, and I never received any warning or reminder that they were about to expire. Besides the hassle to get a loaner car. I pick my fixed car, and now FSD no longer works. Now we are back at service center again
They need to improve there quality procedure. I received a bad key fob for loaner Then after they fixed my car, i got it back with a new issue i never had before, FSD, does not work. Car is back in service again, an improved quality Management system would reduce error, saving customers and workers time, increase customer satisfaction.
