I had a really disappointing experience with the management at the Tesla location in Chesterfield, Missouri. I had accumulated about $900 in Tesla referral credits that suddenly disappeared because they apparently expire after one year. At no point was that expiration clearly shown in the app when I earned them, and I never received any warning or reminder that they were about to expire. Besides the hassle to get a loaner car. I pick my fixed car, and now FSD no longer works. Now we are back at service center again
They need to improve there quality procedure. I received a bad key fob for loaner Then after they fixed my car, i got it back with a new issue i never had before, FSD, does not work. Car is back in service again, an improved quality Management system would reduce error, saving customers and workers time, increase customer satisfaction.
This is my 2nd Tesla purchase in the past 5 months. My first experience in Kansas City was quite horrible when I got my Cybertruck so this time we flew from Tulsa to St Louis to pick up my son’s new M3P. Wow the Chesterfield store is beyond 1st class! We had an 11:00 appt and were driving home within 50 min and that included the required FSD demo ride, as well as them showing us a new MY premium with new screen and headliner. Getting car serviced, got a loaner key didnt work, had to walk back in to have them connect key, get inside loaner car, two tires are low pressure, now im waiting fir the second loaner car. 35 mins passed , and im still waiting, so i figured why not make a google reveiw
