Picked up Model Y (great car so far!). However, our assigned delivery Associate was horrible. I would advise picking a different delivery center if you can.

Disappointed with service they told me twice you can walk in for tire rotation .. both time NA we not doing it today . Stick to your words and honor your words
Amazing customer service. Had loose foam insulation on my tires and they replaced all 4 of them for free. My model 3 already had 24,000 miles on it too.
