Extremely disappointing experience at this location. Booked a test drive online for 6:30 pm reached there at 6:20 pm waited for 10 mins for someone to come and finally talk to us. Registered us in and then took us to the demo car. We were asked to sit in the car while he went and brought the car key for us. After waiting for 15 mins went in and asked for the person that was supposed to bring our key. The person had already left for the day without informing us or anyone at the location. We just came to our test drive book for us at 6:30pm today . The guy showed us the car and left to get the keys for the car and never came back. After 15 minutes of sitting in the car we went inside to check what’s happening and find out the guy helping us left already. So now we have no appointment in the system showing that we have a test drive booked because he already had signed us out apparently. We go home with no Tesla :(
Terrible experience. The customer service needs much needed improvement. The guy who “helped” me did not wanted to be there-maybe should have stayed home if he didn’t want to help first time buyer. He gave us keys and was in rushed to leave. No explanation- no help. Asked few questions didn’t know answers to which is fine but he could have put in effort to find the answer… instead to telling me to watch the videos like no shit if u can’t help i will have to.. hopefully they get better
Clean and professional. Had fun demo driving the new model Y. Hopefully I'll be able to get rid of my kia lemon soon and come in to purchase a Y. Sales guys not pushy, doesn't blow up your phone with follow up calls.
