Tesla in Mayfield screwed up really bad and gave us the wrong car. They are not following through and we haven't been able to drive this car for 5 days now. No one is calling back as promised and they are handling this horrible. I will be dropping car off if I don't get resolved today and I will NEVER promote Tesla again.
So, it's been a month and haven't gotten the title in the mail, called the lien-holder, they said you should've given it to me on the day of delivery. Called Tesla and they said it should arrive in the mail in 30 days. It's already been 30 days and I can't register the vehicle in my state without the title. Oh no, should I have requested it to be delivered in my state?
