Extremely Disappointing Experience, Shame on TESLA SARASOTA! The salespeople here are amazing liars! I bought the car and agreed to pick it up in Miami because it was supposedly the faster option. The salesperson initially promised I could pick up my car by Tuesday the 24th, since it would arrive on Monday and they just needed one day to prepare it. That never happened. Went in to buy a Tesla today and no luck! First I checked this locations website to make sure they had a model 3 performance and a model Y performance, and the website said they did. Perfect. Drove 40 minutes from Estero to test drive and was disappointed to hear they had neither. Was offered to test drive these models in the all wheel drive model since they would be similar. Had a great experience with Sefa who was an entertaining consultant and took me for a self drive demo. He also followed up a day later with a voicemail to make sure I had all my questions answered. I am still on the fence but after the visit to Naples tesla we are definitely leaning more towards giving one a try early next year.
Absolutely love the customer service here. Sefa has been an amazing representative of Tesla. Answered all of our questions and concerns. Really enjoys what he does and is very knowledgeable! Thanks Sefa!
