Picked up my new Tesla last week and the whole process was smooth and fast. The Tesla app made everything super convenient, with clear instructions that made the pickup effortless. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and it was easy to communicate and get my questions answered. The Tesla team is always on fire 🔥
Very bad experience trying to buy a tesla here. I would not recommend trying to buy a Tesla. Just get a Rivian.
They will give you a brand new car with a bad title (branded title meaning there’s an issue with mileage even thought there wasn’t) don’t buy a car from these people. I’ve been trying to contact them repeatedly to fix this. The person I spoke and who’s supposed to be my point person is Dylan Karlok, the delivery manager. They said they sent me paper work to fix this, never got it, told me they sent to wrong address, gave them correct address, radio silent. This is my favorite service center of Tesla. Joshep is the most helpful and friendly dude there and i like the way he handles customers. Very professional 🌼
Scammers . They ripped off customers. I came here after they give me estimate repair cost $270 and then change it to $370 and I approve it but after 20 minutes they change it to $892 that I not approve. After getting no service they still charge my account with $272 for one hour service . The manager Kevin asking me to call the cops that idiot don’t know the law even. Better to go any other auto repair shop instead of these scammers .
