Ordered a part and they would not release it to my driver after multiple phone calls.

Very bad customer worst car I ever drive Tesla literally swallow my money.
There was an incredibly rude and unkind individual both in the office and answering calls. Treating others poorly goes against the very purpose of humanity, and keeping someone waiting on the phone for hours is truly inconsiderate.
