Cannot speak to a human at this dealership. Absolutely insane.
Tesla makes great cars, but the Tampa service center is absolutely terrible at customer service. All the employees are noticeably upset, all the customers are upset, and the work is terrible. You can't speak to a live person. No one knows what they are doing. Even looking at the reviews by former employees, they all say it is terrible there. Great car, but find somewhere else to get to do the work.
