Really bad customer service. Didn’t sound interested whatsoever or engaging with the conversation.
Absolutely terrible service job. Car is still making sounds after being “resolved” and somehow the car feels/ sounds like something is loose now. Car was smooth before getting serviced at this place. Now i’ve got to wait another 2 weeks to fix the problem they’ve created at different Tesla center. Waste of my time and money.
Windshield replacement. Excellent service , professional as well as polite . Not to mention ahead of schedule.
