I was in search of a new vehicle since mine was stolen. I went to Tesla Cherry Hill on Friday evening, I asked about the cyber trucks and if I could see them. I was told they are located outside. No one, a female who had been sitting in a seat, and a male was standing next to her, helped me. I walked around back, looked at the trucks, I was there for at least 20 minutes. I went in back to back days to get new tires. When the second tire was replaced, the Tire Pressure Monitoring System was deactivated and no longer works at all. Talking to the Service department is literally no help. Apparently, it's not related at all to the work they performed. You change a tire and now that tire doesn't relay the tire pressure.. Simple math here! Nick was absolutely no help in the matter.

This has been the worst service experience I have ever had, and Tesla has been the worst vehicle I have ever owned. I strongly recommend that no one buys a Tesla. It may look like a tech toy, but it does not function as a reliable car. I drove about 60 miles to the Cherry Hill Service Center. My battery went from 70% to 20% during this short trip, yet the technicians told me this is “normal” and that my battery is “perfect.” That statement alone shows how disconnected Tesla is from reality. The staff there was very helpful, and although we couldn't see the car that we wanted to lease, they were very reassuring about it being reconditioned to be in great shape. When we got the car a few days later, we found out to be an excellent condition. We're very pleased. Well done Tesla.
