I’d give them zero stars if I could. Please see attached - my Tesla model 3 is 3 years old and yes 32k miles on it total. The leather on my steering wheel is clearly a manufacturer defect. However, Tesla is refusing to honor their basic warranty that clearly states any material defect is covered for free replacement and it now trying to charge $925 dollars for a replacement. In all honesty, you can have proof and screenshots of previous conversations and the Tesla app and they don’t know what you’re saying. When you ask for a rental vehicle before you drive an hour and a half to get your car fixed even though they might or not know it’s three hours what they call that you are able to get a rental vehicle. Very bad experience with this center! I've owned Teslas for a long time, and never had this bad of an experience. Took delivery of a brand new Model Y in January 2026, and had to drive it 100+ miles back home as it was the only one available in the area. Noticed significant vibration of front tires with steering shake, called service center and they said because of 100+ miles, fix it yourself, despite active wheel and tire protection!!
