Terrible service! No communication at all. Like ZERO! Bill is way more than we authorized and Tesla has gone silent. Stay away!!
I bought a brand new Tesla about a month ago, I've been trying to switch primary co-owner names. I have called them about five times to get this done and they never get back to me. There is no one else to talk to and they have no other contact information not even an email address. They say they do, but they will never call you back with valid information.
Don’t take your Tesla for repairs in this shop. They not capable of fixing it. Don’t waste your time this is garbage.
Got my demo drive right on time. Place was clean and had snacks and water. Staff was helpful and answered all my questions.
