DO NOT TAKE YOUR TESLA FOR SERVICE AT THIS SERVICE CENTER. The first time I dealt with this SCAM CENTER they had me take off a day so they could come to my house for a $500 yoke upgrade purchased via the Tesla app for my '24 Model S. They never showed or called, and it took me a couple hours of calling them and sitting on hold to only be told first the yoke isn't available for my car, then that it is available for my car but would be weeks before I they could get the item. Tesla is top notch customer service. The cars are amazing driving experience, fast comfortable and easy in traffic with self driving. Forget that it’s electric it is the best car I have ever had

As a buyer and investor in Tesla since 2012, this review hurts. I’ve always loved what Tesla stands for and know they can do better. Despite 2 voicemails and 5 app messages, I wasn’t notified until after closing that my car wasn’t ready—causing avoidable issues. The service advisor took no ownership and showed little concern. Communication through the app feels impersonal, which is a shame because the platform itself is excellent. Poor sales and customer service. No personal touch, everytime I have a question on my new car purchase, I am directed to a new customer care executive and they have no idea about the case and always mention they will get back to me.. the people who show you the car are not available on the phone to answer any question as it a global customer service. I had my email hacked. tesla account was taken. I walk in and the manager Sam returned my account back to me in reasonable time. also he was able to cancel the fraud purchases getting shipped to another country. I've been coming to this SC for 5 years and they never disappoint. Thanks Sam!
