Awesome place! Mobile tire tech Andres is awesome! Service advisors are awesome! Travis and Mike are awesome! The techs are amazing hard working guys. The customer experience people are amazing too. Mercedes is awesome and really nice.
Very bad service! Never see this bad dealer service! My 2025 model Y windshield cracked because of one of the cold days. When I went to the service, they found tony dent on crack which was very hard to see. When I decided to have replaced it through my insurance, they refused to provide car loaner for this 2 days work because they never provide car loaner for non-warrantee related repair.
