I had an appointment at 11 am for a TIRE ROTATION and my vehicle wasn’t taken in till 2 min before noon. And I know that because the technician told me when it got taken in. Additionally, I wasn’t out of the service center till 12:35. Over an hour and half service for a service that realistically takes 30 minutes top to complete. I want to make others aware of my experience at the Tesla Wexford location. This was, without question, the worst buying experience I’ve encountered. I had fully committed and purchased a Juniper Premium but ultimately canceled due to how I was treated. Basic questions went unanswered, communication was extremely poor, and the level of arrogance—especially from management—was both surprising and unacceptable. Buyers deserve transparency, respect, and professionalism, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.
They always take good care of me and my cybertruck.
