It is a Tesla dealership.. cant complain.. its what's stated. This robot statue is at the door.. a bit unnerving haha. But testdrove a self driving vehicle. Gotta do that once in your lifetime. I never thought id be in a car that drove itself. Wild. Can't complain though, nice and knowledgeable staff. Check em out.
I’m very mixed about a recent service experience. My windscreen was cracked and needed replaced on my 2024 model 3. Scheduling and communicating through the Tesla app was easy and the glass replacement was great. The overall experience was lacking. First, this service requires the car be left with them for two days. I requested a loaner and there was, in my opinion, plenty of time to make one available.
