The store was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. One of the sales associates was the reason I finally decided to buy my car. A few days earlier, I had spoken with Tony and tried calling after 10 a.m. to get some questions answered, but I still didn’t feel like I had enough information to move forward. Updating my review to 5 stars. My original Model Y had ongoing water intrusion issues that took a couple of service visits and still weren’t resolved, which was frustrating. But Paul Shelley stepped in and was incredibly helpful — he got me into a different Model Y and made sure everything was taken care of. I love the new car, and thanks to Paul the whole experience turned around. Highly recommend asking for him.
Can't say anything about the purchase process, but I went for a "demo drive" (Model 3), and the car was very clean and the staff was very nice, both on the phone and in person.
