RecommendedExcellent drinks and atmosphere! Friendly staff and Manager is very nice personable, and keeps an eye on every aspect to assure you an excellent dining experience. I recently took delivery of my fourth Tesla, and it was a really terrible customer experience. I was tricked into agreeing to take a slightly used car for a faster delivery being told that if I didn't accept this one I would have to wait "months" for a new one. This later turned out not to be true. I received a call on September 29, 2020 that the car arrived and could be delivered immediately. Tesla Service in Dania Beach needs major help in the customer service department. I purchased a brand new Tesla Y and scheduled a service appointment 2 weeks afterward to fix some issues. I told them on my service request that I will need a loaner car. When I arrived at my appointment, they tell you to check in via your phone and they will respond to you. I bought a Tesla Model 3 in August 2020. The worst buying experience I have ever had. Tesla are a dreadful company who have no value for customer service. I purchased a new Tesla Model 3 long range and the car has a number of issues.
