I had horrible experience at Fort Lauderdale Tesla and instead of fixing the issue or admitting they are blaming me. I went to pick up the car at scheduled time of 7pm. We met a young lady who said she will do the closing and will deliver the car and will go over everything. Review: IT IS NOT A QUESTION OF MONEY; IT IS A QUESTION OF PRINCIPLE! Tesla's Fort Lauderdale retail/service location ignored our presence at their show room this past Monday. There were 4 Sales Advisors behind a desk to the left of the glass door to the showroom. Tesla Service in Dania Beach needs major help in the customer service department. I purchased a brand new Tesla Y and scheduled a service appointment 2 weeks afterward to fix some issues. I told them on my service request that I will need a loaner car. When I arrived at my appointment, they tell you to check in via your phone and they will respond to you. Hunter took us for a test drive, was very kind, answered all our questions, acknowledged everything about the car. BTW...great car.....such a smooth ride, very spacious and comfortable. I would consider purchasing in a future this car. No gasoline! Computerize ! Glass on the top. Amazing design.....beautiful!
