A quick thank you to the manager, Matthew! He went out of his way to help with an issue that wasn't tesla's fault. Much appreciated and ill always use this location as my service center because of him.
Facility is good, plenty of chairs to sit, tea and coffee there, clean bathrooms but my repair estimate was $12 dollars I ended up paying $500 for a new tire. Not sure how to take it
"I am planning to buy a new car tomorrow, and I would love to see free Full Self-Driving (FSD) capability included with new vehicle purchases forever. If this feature were included, I would gladly give a 5-star recommendation for this location!"
Very bad customer support. Denied to deliver the vehicle on the pickup day as co-signer was not physically present at the day of delivery.
