Stop by the Tesla dealership and at first I like the no pressure sales but after a little while nobody even talked to us. I don't know that sales tactic. I really do like Tesla products. Just not sure why they didn't want to help us. We went to Lucid the other electric car company and they couldn't wait to offer us a test drive. Not really sure what to think.
We have a 2019 Model S and have loved it! In mid-January we ordered a new Model S. The advisor told us delivery was 1-2 weeks. We got a trade-in offer that was good for 1 month or 1000 miles. After 40 days we still don’t have a VIN assigned, no delivery date, and an expired trade-in offer. If we cancel the order we forfeit the $250 order fee. No communication from Tesla with an explanation of why the delay, no offer to extend the original trade-in offer… Disappointing to say the least!
