Our lease return (December 2023) was not processed correctly so the DMV thinks we are still the lessee of the vehicle and attempting to charge us for registration. Tesla has been no help whatsoever in getting this resolved despite my repeated follow-ups.
Purchased a 2024 Tesla Model 3 and took delivery 22 hours later. Love my Highland after owning 2 previous Model S.
The rep that guided us through the process, Alexander, was extremely helpful to us at this location. He answered all our questions, gave input on what options would work best for our needs, showed us all the different customization options that comes with a Tesla, and was overall incredibly patient and hospitable. It was much appreciated for me and my family where we didn't know exactly what to expect. Would recommend this location for anyone looking to get a Tesla!
