That was the worst experience I have ever had in a car dealership! I will not be returning to Tesla of Sarasota! The fact that I get an attitude from a rep (Alina) asking me to vacate a vehicle while I am looking over the car so another customer could, was rude! Avoid Tesla Sarasota if you value clear communication and basic respect. My Tesla trade-in was mishandled from the start. After putting the deposit for my order, I received conflicting information about trade-in process and delivery, had to repeat the same details to multiple employees, which pushed the process off track. If you look at the photo i was told over the phone they could do a 24 hour demo test drive. I show up and they don’t shake my hand. Didn’t introduce them selfs. I wasn’t even treated like a customer there. I was offered an hour test drive with it, stating they couldn’t accommodate my demo drive because of high demand. But the voice mail you leave me 10 mins before i show up tells me it’s totally fine?? Maybe get the office together and figure out where the miscommunication is before selling vehicles.
