Terrible experience. Brought me on for a bar they didn’t have. Wasted my time only to ask me pay $250 to reserve a car 50miles away. Also while in the showroom the advisor leaves us to help someone else totally disrespecting our time. Honestly after this experience not interested in a Tesla. The buying process seems deceptive and shady.
They gave me the wrong vehicle!! I had the WORST experience possible here yesterday. When I arrived at my appointment for vehicle pickup, about 20 minutes into waiting I was told that they found the driver's seat sliding mechanism wasn't working properly and they had the part to fix it if I could wait 1-1.5 hr. We worked with Josh and he was great! He was very informative and responsive throughout the process. I’ve never owned an electric car before, and Josh made sure we understood all the ins and outs before purchasing. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this dealership and working with Josh!
