Amazing, Jason is the go to man when you have any question!
That was the worst experience I have ever had in a car dealership! I will not be returning to Tesla of Sarasota! The fact that I get an attitude from a rep (Alina) asking me to vacate a vehicle while I am looking over the car so another customer could, was rude! Then I catch attitude from an employee (Jason) for sitting in the lounge during my 1.5 hour wait to test drive the vehicle. Avoid Tesla Sarasota if you value clear communication and basic respect. My Tesla trade-in was mishandled from the start. After putting the deposit for my order, I received conflicting information about trade-in process and delivery, had to repeat the same details to multiple employees, which pushed the process off track.
